Sports Massage
A hands-on approach to improving horse's soft-tissue function, enhancing circulation and support healthy biomechanics for comfort & performance.
Myo-Fascial Release
Gentle, targeted therapy that focuses on releasing restrictions within the fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds/supports every organ, muscle and joint. Allowing horses to move with greater fluidity, comfort and balance.
Trigger Point
Trigger Point focusses on releasing tight, hypersensitive spots within muscle that can restrict movement, cause discomfort and create compensation, allowing muscle to return to healthy function.
Cranio-sacral
Working with the crainal bones (head), spine and sacrum, using light touch to unwind tension, allow horses to enter a calmer more regulated state and improve movement, posture and comfort throughout the body.
Red Light Laser/ Ultrasound
Using targeted wavelengths to stimulate cell repair, reduce inflammation & support healthy tissue function. Gentle and non-invasive.
